  I have gone to this practice for years, and now it would seem that patients are not the primary concern of this practice anymore, they are more concerned with all they have to do and how you need to just accept that you are no longer a priority but more of a hindrance. I recently dropped them as a medical provider after several issues with a nurse that seemed to think it was "fun" to play games with me as a patient, then only to find that the Clinical Director and the Administrative Director had no problems with what they did nor were they going to take any decisive action against the nurse, rather they would talk down to me and patronize me. I would strongly recommend finding another medical care provider, they obviously are not in this to help people, rather just do what they would like when they would like. Management is very sad here at this practice, it used to be Patient Oriented but now they have changed and only care for allowing nurses to treat patients like servants, I always thought medical practices were there to serve the patients.
