- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff was nice but we were way over charged. Came in thought my wife was having a bad reaction to medicine she took. Turns out she she was just dehydrated. They did a blood test and she had a saline drip. In and out in 40 minutes. $3,000.00 bill. Tried to negotiate with Henrico hospital since they are a unit of them they wouldn't call me back. Will avoid all henrico hosiptals if possible in the future. And I did call patient advocate. THEY were the ones who wouldn't call me back. To answer response below.June 16, 2017by Duke'm
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am mother of 4 little boys and all of us together are a family of 6. This place is better than visiting our family practice and pediatrician for emergencies. The Doctors always know what they're doing, all staff members have such wonderful compassion for us. It's cleaner than the doctor's office and faster. They saved my life once and was able to correct a miss diagnosis of my son that could have turned for the worse. I love and trust this group!May 24, 2017by Darlene Myers
