  Short wait times is why I gave it 2 stars. After 6 weeks of symptoms I went in with pelvic and back pain, loss of appetite, swelling in my abdomen. After an exam I was told nothing was wrong but I insisted on an ultrasound. Large cyst (about an orange) was found. I saw another member of the staff (wasn't going back to the first one) who directed me to wait and watch, come back for a follow up a month later. I was in too much pain to wait. I went for a second opinion elsewhere and they found not only cysts but a tumor in my ovary, removed my ovary and I am all healed before I was supposed to go back for my follow-up with James River. I will not go back, they didn't appear to care that I had been and was hurting or that I knew something was wrong.
