  Dr. Wortham came highly recommended, and I can see why. We went to a previous pediatric ophthalmologist and were not happy with the appointment. Dr. Wortham was excellent. Very good with both our 4 year old (being seen), and our 2 year old (not being seen). He was very thorough, knowledgeable, explained expectations, and answered any and all questions I had. He even threw our 2 year old up in the chair to give her a quick look!

  Dr Wortham and his staff have been seeing my daughter for 14 years (since she was 2!). We were referred by our pediatrician and I'm very grateful that we found him. Not only have they provided an excellent level of care but they are personable as well, always remembering details from our last visit. :)

  Saw Dr. Wortham today after he was highly recommended to us and i saw all these great reviews. When we first walked in the receptionists are really sweet and the male nurse that we saw was super nice and interacted with my son. My son is 4. He was very nervous and whats that, whats that do, what are you going to do next, as hes never been to the eye doctor before. Dr. Wortham comes in and basically ignores him and when he does finally answer him after like the fourth time he answers like its a problem that he even asked. Then after it was done my son was proud of himself and was like see i wasnt scared i know that was just a light Dr. Wortham looks at my son and says shh me and mommy are talking. Very rudely. He was very nice to me as an adult but he is NOT for kids.

  I was referred to Dr. Wortham for double vision and have been a patient for five months. He was very thorough during each appointment and took the time to listen to my concerns even when I couldn't adequately explain what was going on with my vision. I appreciate the fact that he didn't immediately put a band aid on my condition by placing me in glasses or sugar coat anything for me. He took his time to assess my condition to find the underlying condition and answered any questions or concerns that I had. His staff was wonderful everything from checking in to his assistant to checking out.
