  Today is September 15 2017 i was scheduled at 11:15am, this is my second visit When i arrived at 11:14am a brown skin younglady At the front Desk know I came before she was one of the unprofessional employees who told me i cant donate do to mailing issues the last visit but i showed them my voter registration they denied it i say ok and went home. I got a call from my wife she talk to a manager he say sorry for the inconvenience and set up a time and date.Now this visit the same younglady is there but another employees is helping me she is very professional light skin younglady. When the brown skin younglady notice she look me up in the computer ,then go and get the manager than the manager was unprofessional throwing away the paper work i just fill out and tell me i cant donate,for some reason i feel like the brown skin younglady dont like or dont want to work so i said ok thank took my id and ssc and walk out make a phone call came back in hand the manager my phone my wife talk to him he told her the same as he told me but when got off my phone with my wife he was piss he try to argu with me i told him chill and relax then he and the unprofessional employe than start tell me they can mail something to my house in 30 day than i will be able to donate.((MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION WHY DID NOT DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE))???? I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE10 STAR I WILL NOT RETURN DO TO LACK OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS.

  On Friday August 11th 2017 The lady that set me up to the machine messed me up and the machine up and made it have a bulb bust and I lost a lot of blood only got through the first two cycles and didn't get my blood back or Celine. Since then my legs arms and fingers have been really shaky and I have been having bad cramps and headache's. I want this resolved I can't donate agin until October 6th 2017 this just pisses me off and I'll be off in college so now I have to wait till I go on fall break whenever that will be to donate agin!!! I never had a problem till now. But I do want that lady fired and this situation resolved. I think they should give me like a gift card or something for what happened!!! That lady could have really hurt me or gotten me sick!!!

  I am only giving a star because you can't give zero. It keeps getting worse. Your first few donations you make $60-70. Then they just drop it down,to $25 without saying something. Not much more than a scam.
